Gymnastics NSW affiliated clubs receive exclusive access to HR Plus - gymnastics focused human resource experts here to help you recruit, manage and support your team.
All affiliated clubs receive $700 worth of general HR support via HR Plus, as well as personalised support via HR specialist Linda Norman.
Should a club need more intensive 1:1 HR support, affiliated clubs receive 25% off any further consultations.

Award Rate:
Most Gymnastics Clubs fall under the fitness industry award.Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):
Managed by Gymnastics Australia, the RPL process is to provide overseas coaches a comparable accreditation in Australia. This process is also key to gaining an endorsement letter from Gymnastics Australia when applying for working visas. For RPL related questions, email eduaction@gymnastics.org.au, and CC in coaches@gymnsw.org.au and we can assist in following up the process for you.
Visa Support
Gymnastics Australia can provide letters of support and endorsements for coaches seeking a working visa within Australia. Note, there has been a change to the visa eligibility for gymnastics coaches that can affect success.
Gymnastics NSW partner LegalVision will provide Gymnastics NSW clubs with a free legal consultation to assist.
